Ordered this card from amazon.co.uk and got it as promised the very next day. When I inserted into my phone, I received a message displaying ‘Inactive SIM’. Then I sought help from T-mobile shop and did a top-up with the swipe card as it was suggested. But the phone still displayed ‘’Inactive SIM’. Again after 3 visits to the T-mobile shop, I was informed that the SIM card should have been lying around somewhere and that the card was dead. T-mobile was generous enough to transfer my credit to another SIM card; however I could have finished all this without any hassle at all. I was paid a refund by the seller who later apologized for it which I wasn’t really after because of the inconveniences I had earlier was much greater than the refund amount of 89p.

There isn’t much you can really say about the SIM card except that it was supplied pretty quickly at a cheap price (obviously less than the postal charge to send it) and fortunately, it works. The SIM card got activated as soon as I switched my phone on and upon inserting it, I got the ‘welcome’ text message from the company telling how to go about with the top up, register the SIM card and a link was quickly sent to download picture message and internet settings. It certainly could not have been that easier!

Ok, the only reason I went for the T-Mobile SIM card is because of when I bought my new phone, I am required to transfer the items over to the new one. So you can only get into the menu if you install a SIM card and it worked really well right from the word go!
